Gemma arterton

Gemma Christina Arterton is an English actress who has been known for her roles in movies like 'Quantum of Solace', "The Disappearance of Alice Creed', and 'Hansel & Gretel: Witch Hunters'. Her birthplace was in Gravesend, Kent, in Greater London. She started her professional career studying at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art and then made her debut on film through a role as a co-star in the film comedy "St. Trinian's'. Then, she appeared in the spy thriller "James Bond" film "Quantum'. The film was a success commercially but received moderate critiques. She then played the female lead in the action-fantasy film 'Prince Of Persia: The Sands of Time'. The film featured her as a supporting character in the French film "Orphan.' Arterton was nominated for many awards in her professional career. The award she won was an award called the "Empire Award for Best Newcomer" for her performance in the film "Quantum Of Solace," in addition to the "Evening Standard Theatre Award" for her role in the musical, 'Made in Dagenham".
